One of our specific division handles manpower outsourcing activity of certain

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
ASSOCIATE



This activity extends services to its clients in the form of an outsourced human
resource expert; recruiting within a limited time period. The various steps in this
process as below:-


Sourcing the bio-datas through various means and alternative.

Getting the experts to compile question papers based on mathematical computation
reasoning, general knowledge and other trade topics like mechanical, fitter, electronics as
per need.

Printing/ xeroxing the question papers at our premises to maintain confidentiality.
Arranging the venue for the conduction of test at different locations of Uttaranchal
,Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh like Haridwar, Rishikesh,
Roorkee, Srinagar, Tehri, Uttarkashi, Pauri, Rudrapur, Saharanpur, Muzaffarnagar,
Meerut, Poanta sahib, Moradabad, Bijnore, Nainital Ranikhet in association with
Employment exchange, Polytechnic, Degree Colleges and ITI‟s to reduce cost and
achieve higher transparency.

Checking the answer sheets personally or by computers or else as per the quantum of
work but with in strict premises and staff.

Deploying staff to handle work like making call letters, personnel file, postage, phone
calls etc to coordinate the interviews.

Organising competent persons on the interview panel board from diverse fields.

Have a Sr. Psychologist and Group Testing officer retired from Army to conduct
Psychometric Test and Group Task Activity to assess and analyse the attitudinal base of
the candidate.

Security Experts to take care of reference and antecedent checking of the short listed
candidates.

Medical checkup before joining can also be arranged as per the company schedule.

Induction training to be imparted to the selected candidates or joining the organisation so
as to orient them as per the company‟s work culture.

TERMS OF REFERENCES
[Manpower Outsourcing]


Procedure:

1. One person to be deputed at factory premises responsible for daily filling of all
registers and reporting to Synergy officials on daily basis.

2. Weekly audit by Synergy officials at Factory premises w.r.t all registers and other
compliances.

3. Monthly filling and submission on regular basis.

4. Half Yearly or annual returns to be submitted to the concerned authorities on regular
basis.

Our Monthly Charges:

a) Rs: 5500/- shall be charged against a person deputed on regular basis. Optional if
manpower is deputed by the company and should be competent enough to handle this
work.

b) Rs: 3500/- shall be charged fortnightly for the first three months and can be on
monthly basis once the work is streamlined.

c) Rs: 10,000/- shall be charge monthly as professional fees.

d) An extra 10.30% shall be charged as service tax or as applicable.
Terms of reference:

1. We shall need the confirmation and authorization from your company before
initiating the work.

2. Any other out of pocket expenses if required for the liaison activity shall be charged
accordingly and only on approval by the organization shall be paid.

3. We shall not be handling any legal disputes arising between the organization and the
government department which is not in the purview of our activities.

4. We shall charge the organization for the stationary material, Xeroxing, printing of
documents etc on an actual basis.

5. In case only the salary disbursement and maintenance of records of those people who
are on our payrolls then our administrative charges are 10% of the gross salary.
